By purchasing from our shop, you agree to our Terms of Service. These terms may be updated at any time without notice.
It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Leave bad feedback = No warranty, no refund, no replacement

Tool Usage Policy • If a tool stops working, gets patched, or is leaked, no refunds will be provided. • We reserve the right to discontinue any tool or project at any time. “Lifetime access” refers to the duration the service/tool is actively maintained and operational. • Leaking any part of a tool or service will result in a permanent ban, and you will lose access to all tools, updates, and support. • Leak key or try to decompiling file = ban + blacklist + revoke all tools you bought. • Redistribution of any tool—paid or free—is strictly prohibited. No sharing, leaking, or reselling is allowed.

Violations of these terms will result in:
• Immediate revocation of access
• No refunds or replacements
• Ban from all future updates and support

If our system detects any suspicious or malicious activity linked to your license key—such as unauthorized automation, abuse,
or actions that compromise our platform—your key will be immediately banned.

We reserve the right to act without obligation to prove personal involvement.
The responsibility lies with the license holder to keep their key secure.

We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized distribution, abuse, or exploitation of our tools.

Rebrand & Resale Policy If you are granted rebranding rights to any tool or service, the following conditions strictly apply:

• You are prohibited from selling the keys for less than the owner!
• Example: If the original price is $100, the minimum resale price allowed is $100.
• We are not responsible if the tool is revoked, leaked, cracked, or otherwise compromised.
• If you sell the keys below the price set by the owner, if you give away keys for free, or if you do not comply with the rebranding rules, your rebrand will be revoked without the possibility of a refund.

Violations will lead to:
• Immediate revocation of rebrand rights
• Termination of all issued keys
• Permanent ban from any future resale or rebranding privileges

We reserve the right to ask you to stop selling at any time, especially if we deem your pricing or behavior harmful to the brand.
Resale is a privilege, not a right—it can be revoked without warning.

Additionally:
• You must not present your rebrand as an original creation without credit or license.
• You may not sublicense, bundle, or offer the rebranded tools through third-party marketplaces without explicit approval.

Strict Misuse Policy By using our tools, you agree not to engage in: • Unauthorized reselling • Reverse engineering • Use in malicious activities (e.g., credential stuffing, illegal drilling)

Violations will result in:
• Key Revocation – Your license will be permanently revoked.
• No Support – You will no longer be eligible for assistance or updates.
• No Refunds – Revoked licenses are not eligible for any compensation.
• Zero Tolerance – Immediate and irreversible action without notice.

Token Terms • All tokens come with a 5 minutes warranty. • If tokens are flagged after 5 minutes, no replacements or refunds will be issued. • Replacements will be provided only if we fail to deliver within 24 hours of purchase. • We are not responsible for tokens getting flagged due to user error or unsafe tools.

For trial-based services (e.g., 14-day trial with a 30-day renewal), we are not responsible for:

• Nitro being revoked
• Nitro failing to renew
• Nitro ending earlier than expected

Refund & Replacement Policy We guarantee that all products are delivered as described. However:

Revoked or Unusable Products

A refund or replacement may be provided if a product becomes unusable due to an issue on our end.

Partial Refunds

For time-based products (e.g., 30-day subscriptions):

• Used days are deducted
• Remaining days are refunded or replaced

Example: If a 30-day subscription is revoked on Day 25, the cost of 25 days is deducted, and 5 days are refunded or replaced.

No Refunds • Fully used or expired products are not eligible for refunds. • Misuse by the buyer voids any eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Transaction Terms

If an order is incomplete due to insufficient payment, no refund will be issued.
Please ensure the full amount is paid.

Category-Specific Terms ### Members If Discord bans the tokens, no refunds or replacements will be offered.

Boosts If Discord revokes Nitro or bans the tokens, you are not eligible for compensation.

Promo Links If a promo link is banned or terminated by Discord, no refunds or replacements are provided.

Compliance Notice

By using our services, you agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by Discord due to misuse.
